Adding Fields to a Journey Map
Add standard and custom fields to enrich a journey stage.
4.6 Add Fields
Follow these steps to add fields.
Step 1: Click +.

Step 2: Click Add Fields.

Step 3: Select the required field type from the Field Type dropdown list:

- Channels: Adds a field to capture or display the channels used in the customer journey.
- Pain Points: Adds a field to capture customer pain points in the journey.
- Opportunities: Adds a field to capture improvement opportunities.
- Sentiment: Adds a field to capture or display customer sentiment.

- User Flow: Adds a field to capture the user flow across the journey.
- Employee Feedback: Adds a field to capture employee feedback.
- Employee Sentiment: Adds a field to capture employee sentiment.

- Strength: Adds a field to capture strengths identified in the journey.
- Weakness: Adds a field to capture weaknesses identified in the journey.
- Threat: Adds a field to capture threats identified in the journey.
- Custom: Adds a user-defined field based on the journey requirement.
Step 4: Click Add.

4.7 Add Custom Field
The Custom field type allows users to create a field based on their own requirement.
Follow these steps to add a custom field.
Step 1: Select Custom from the Field Type dropdown list.

Step 2: Enter the field name in the Field Name field.

Step 3: Enter the field description in the Field Description field.

Step 4: Select the required field element:

- Textbox: Adds a text field for entering information.
- Image: Adds an image field for uploading or displaying an image.
Step 5: Click Add.
