5 Adding Milestones


Adding Milestones to a Stage

Add and customize milestones within a journey stage.


4.4 Add Milestone

Follow these steps to add a milestone.

Step 1: Click the three-dot icon beside stages.

Step 2: Click Add Milestone.

Step 3: In the Add Milestone pop-up, click Add Milestone under the Milestone section.

Step 4: Click Add Stages under the Stages section to select the stage to map with the milestone.

Step 5: Click Save.

4.5 Milestone Customization

Follow these steps to customize a milestone.

Step 1: Click the three-dot icon under Milestone.

Step 2: Review the available milestone options:

  1. Edit Milestone.
  2. Remove Milestone.

Step 3: Click the three-dot icon on Milestone 1.

Step 4: Click Select Color.

Step 5: Choose the required color to add or change the milestone color.
