 Creating a New Customer Journey

How to start a new customer journey using templates, AI, or a blank map.


3. Create Customer Journey

The Create Customer Journey page allows users to create a new journey map using templates, AI, or a blank journey map. Users can enter a journey name, select available templates if configured, or start a journey from scratch.

Follow these steps to create a customer journey:

Step 1: Click Customer Journeys from the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Click Create Customer Journey.

Step 3: The system opens the Create Customer Journey page.

Step 1: Click Start Journey From Scratch.

Step 2: The system opens the Create Customer Journey pop-up.

Step 3: Enter the required details.

  1. Journey Name: Enter the name of the customer journey.
  2. Language: Select the language for the journey map.
  3. Categories: Select the journey category, such as Government to Citizen (G2C).
  4. Select Options: Select the options, such as Healthcare Access, Housing Services, etc.
  5. Description: Enter a description for the customer journey or generate with AI.

Step 4: Choose whether to create a blank journey map or generate the journey using AI.
